Email notification
- Email notification is generated after you Save
Changes within a Task. The
recipients of the email are the people selected in the Assign Users
Manually section within a specific task. This notifies team members that changes have been made to a Task or
they’ve been assigned to a new Task. They can link directly to the website from the email. In the future, team members will not even need to go to the
website but will be able to achieve all functionality from
email.

Schedule automated reports
- The robust reporting system allows you to set up
automated reports. You can
customize the report with Projects, Users, Statuses, Work Types, Submittal
Time, Recipients and Frequency all from one page.

Reports
- Specify date range, project, workers, etc.
- Global
- This view allows you to generate reports for projects,
users, work types and work statuses. You can see all items that have been
billed or not billed, as well as information on tasks that you have paid
your employees for or not paid. You
can also set the date range for whatever period you desire.
- When you generate a Summary, a report is created with
relevant information based on your selection.
- Per Project
- There is also a report section for each specific Project.Again, you can generate the reports for users, work types and work
statuses. You can see all items that have been billed or not billed, as
well as information on tasks that you have paid your employees for or not
paid. You can also set the
date range for whatever period you desire.
- When you generate a Summary, a report is created with
relevant information based on your selection.
- You can use these reports to create invoices or pay
workers. There is a feature
after the report has been generated that will allow the report to be
downloaded. The report is
saved as a tab delimited or Excel file for your use in other programs.These reports are also useful for future project estimates from
historical data.
