Trade fair for ITSM: Service Space on April 8th, 2025, in Vienna
Service Space is Austria’s leading ITSM conference and is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2025. We are also celebrating our 10th anniversary as a participant at Service Space with our trade fair appearance, as OMNINET Austria has been represented at this important trade fair for ITSM from the very beginning.
This year’s conference is once again divided into streams. 26 program items in 4 streams—keynotes, best practices and workshops in the subject areas:
- Modeling and design of services
- From the service portfolio to the service catalog to the request catalog
- Generative AI and automation in service management
- Service management for the agile world with DevOps, Scrum and Lean
- Conquering the compliance mountain—NIS 2, DORA & ESG
- ESM (enterprise service management) must pay off
As usual, OMNINET Austria is a partner of the event. Meet us and attend our presentation at 1:40 p.m. in the Maximilian room together with our customer “Barmherzige Brüder” on the topic:
“Hyperautomation with BPMN in high-risk areas: maximize reliability, minimize risks and increase efficiency”
Afterwards, the Space Night will again offer the opportunity to exchange ideas and network.
