PeopleCert awards OMNINET as an “Accredited Tool Vendor” at Gold level with 15 practices. This means that the ITSM Center is certified according to the international standard ITIL®4. As a provider of the cloud-based ITSM solution OMNITRACKS, OMNINET receives a second certification at Silver level with 5 practices. The certification covers both the service management expertise of the trained consultants and the framework-compliant ITSM software solution.
