Live session: OMNILYTICS | BI goes BPMN—Digitalization and analysis of business processes
In this live session, we will show you how new insights can be generated as part of the digital transformation of processes. These insights not only lead to evidence-based decisions, but also present interactions and improvement potentials that only emerge through digitalization. To this end, digitized processes mapped and automated in BPMN 2.0 are combined with transaction data in OMNITRACKER as well as external data and presented in a graphic way for analysis and continuous improvement.
As an example, a live demo based on an HR process shows which data streams are generated in the individual sub processes during onboarding, and how targeted analyses can be used to identify optimization potential. In the example, the data is visually prepared in a prototype and all information is integrated into the company data.
