This marks a special year for OMNINET Benelux, as we not only look ahead to the future of service management and digital transformation, but also celebrate 20 years of strong partnerships, innovation and growth across the Benelux region.
Over the years, our Customer Day has evolved into much more than a traditional event. It has become a place where customers, partners and experts come together to exchange experiences, gain inspiration and shape new ideas.

That is why our annual event is entering a new chapter this year, with a new name and a refreshed concept: welcome to OMNINET Experience Day.
On Thursday, 15 October 2026, we look forward to welcoming you to a unique setting in Brussels: Kinepolis Brussels (Heysel) and the Atomium. Two iconic venues where innovation, experience and connection take centre stage — perfectly reflecting the forward-looking vision of OMNINET and OMNITRACKER.
