Only three weeks after the official release of the new SERVIEW certification category "Service Management Version IV", OMNITRACKER is confirmed to be compliant with ITIL®4 in 15 of the practices it contains. This is the first ITSM software internationally to be certified according to ITIL®4 with the SERVIEW CERTIFIEDTOOL seal of approval.

Research In Action study 2020: OMNITRACKER convinces all along the line

The Research In Action study 2020 examines how German upper SME companies evaluate their IT service management and enterprise service management solutions. To this purpose, 750 IT managers with budget responsibility were interviewed in detail, which accounts for about 60% of the assessments. 40 % of the assessments were made by analysts and experts.

OMNITRACKER from OMNINET enjoys a further increasing popularity. OMNINET currently supports more than 850 active customer installations with a strong upward trend.

The additional experience of the successful Austrian IT management consulting and service company DESEO expands OMNINET's range of products and services specifically in decisive, future-oriented key areas. OMNINET is taking a significant step forward with the knowledge and experience of DESEO and is strengthening its leading market position in Austria in particular and in German-speaking Europe. The DESEO management team will be integrated into the management board of OMNINET Austria GmbH. The merger will further consolidate the long-term growth of both companies, resulting in greater planning reliability and improved product and service quality.

InfoTech Research Group 2020 Report

Once a year, the Canadian analyst InfoTech Research Group conducts a large-scale ITSM market analysis. It not only examines the functions of the IT service management tools very closely, but also the performance and services of the 16 providers. Thanks to the evaluation of more than 700 customers, the result is particularly meaningful with regard to the daily use of the applications.

In the overall assessment, the four companies that performed best in this year's study were awarded a gold medal. OMNINET was able to maintain its top ranking and, as in the last two years, wins gold. In addition, OMNINET is the best-placed manufacturer with headquarters in Germany.
