The OMNITRACKER ITSM Center is ITIL 4 certified

OMNINET entered the PinkVERIFY™ certification with the ITSM Center and met the set requirements with all 11 registered practices. The award granted by the Pink Elephant company is considered to be leading in IT Service Management. It certifies the OMNITRACKER ITSM Center ITIL compatibility in terms of workflows, functionality, terminology and documentation.  So far, with OMNINET, only 9 companies have been awarded the PinkVERIFY™ seal for ITIL 4. In addition, the ITSM Center is the first tool with a certificate for the Portfolio Management practice.  As part of the certification, the ITSM manual for version 12. 1.

Service Space

On November 9, 2021, this year's Service Space will take place in the Orangery of Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna. The event is Austria's largest Service Management EXPO and is addressed to all service management employees, from beginners to experts and from team leaders to CIOs.
