The first completely virtual Service Management Forum

On 23rd & 24th of March this year’s International Service Management Days take place, a conference all around Service Management – for the first time completely virtual.

For two days, everything revolves around the development and promotion of service management “best practice” standards and qualifications.

 

Networking and Keynotes in four different time zones

The event is open for everyone interested in IT Management, registration is completely free of charge.

You can expect moderated, virtual Networking Sessions and top-class Keynotes. The program follows the sun around the globe – there will be presentations and breakout sessions spread all around the four time zones Bangalore, London, New York and Sydney.

For Omninet our speaker Pieter Vanhees refers about 10 years of personal IT service management experience, the challenges many service organizations are facing today and how they can overcome them. His Keynote starts at 1PM London time on the 24th of March.
