More than 50,000 tickets and > 2 million related objects were migrated from the old system.
As an IT provider, the ITSM processes themselves are of correspondingly high complexity. A standardized process control system is therefore of central importance and the further development of this standard is already a challenge for >20 customers, since customer-owned processes are not identical and several ticket systems are used in total.
