OMNITRACKER version 12.6.0 has been officially released

OMNITRACKER version 12.6.0 has been officially released and is available for download. This version focuses on the implementation of several requirements from customer requests and customer projects in the area of Web Gateway 2 as well as on the elimination of defects. The aim of this version is to make these functions available before the subsequent version 12.7.0, which contains major new features.

Highlights of version 12.6.0

  • In the Web Gateway 2 shortcut bar, it is now possible to display the links of a group directly without grouping.
  • With the new favorites function, frequently used links can be marked as favorites in the shortcut bar and displayed in a corresponding favorites area for quick use.
  • The calendar layouts can now also be displayed in mobile view so that they can be used on mobile devices.

Furthermore, our standard applications have also been provided with the new features based on OMNITRACKER version 12.6.0 and further innovations have been integrated:

  • ITSM Center: Solution descriptions are now divided into an internal field for the service desk agent and an external field for the reporting person.
  • Ticket creation now has an automatic determination of the default responsible person based on the current user.
  • In the ticket process, those responsible can be informed about new incoming e-mails.
  • By marking a ticket as an “internal ticket”, communication to the reporting person can now be blocked.
  • Project Management Center: The base filters for project office staff have been improved and a calendar view for activities has been added.
